As you might know, the Governor has announced significant loosening of Vermont’s mask requirements for those who are vaccinated following a related announcement from the CDC.

However, it is very important to note that this does not change Vermont’s masking, distancing, or other guidance and requirements for employers, their employees, and the workplace.

State authorities are continuing to review and work on any necessary updates and clarifications to workplace guidance, but employers should continue to follow the universal guidance posted on the ACCD site (click here) and federal OSHA guidance (click here), and be mindful that the new CDC guidance on masks does not apply to workplace guidance.
