As you might know, OSHA today released its long-awaited Emergency Temporary Standard addressing mandatory employee vaccination or testing for companies with 100 or more employees company wide.  It will be officially published tomorrow.  As a state with delegated OSHA authority, specifically through VOSHA, Vermont will have 30 days to adopt rules determined to be at least as effective as the OSHA ETS.

AIV will be providing additional information and updates in the coming days, and Vermont’s Department of Labor will be scheduling online town hall meetings for employers in the near future.  In the meantime, click here for the main OSHA webpage for information about the ETS, including links to:
